A blue screen (codes BS00 through BS23, such as BS06) may appear on the Rika touchscreen in the event of an internal communication or update error between the screen and the motherboard.
Resolution
- Note the code displayed (BS followed by two digits)
- Unplug the stove, wait at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in
If the blue screen reappears after restarting, contact your customer service representative and provide the BS code.
