Communication louvers - E1000.10

The E1000.10 alarm appears on Rika pellet stoves when communication between the air dampers and the main board is interrupted.

Resolution

1. Allow the stove to cool down and unplug the power supply
2. Disconnect the power supply for at least 10 seconds
3. Restore the power supply
4. If the error occurs again, a technician must be called in. The "Communication failure" error can also be caused by a cable break or a short circuit
