Misfire - E0008.10

The E0008.10 alarm appears on Rika pellet stoves when the ignition process has failed.

Solution

1. Acknowledge the error message
2. Empty and clean the combustion chamber, then vacuum the ignition tube
3. Check that the combustion chamber is properly positioned
4. Check that there are still pellets in the hopper. Use only ENplus A1-certified pellets
5. Check the fresh air supply and vacuum the intake nozzle if it is clogged

If the error reoccurs, a technician must be called.
