Horizontal motor locked - E0800.08

The E0800.08 error code appears on Rika pellet stoves when the horizontal feed screw motor is jammed, often due to a pellet jam or a foreign object.

Solution

1. Acknowledge the error message
2. Wait and restart the stove if the message disappears

If the error reappears, a technician must be called. A technician will be able to clear the auger and check the air supply.
