Open Fireplace Door - E0020.10

The E0020.10 alarm appears on Rika pellet stoves when the firebox door is open.

Solution

1. Close the firebox door
2. Acknowledge the error message

If the alarm persists even though the door is properly closed, and if the error reoccurs, a technician must be called.
