The error code E00020000.10 or E00020000.08 appears on Rika pellet stoves when there is excessive heat buildup inside the unit, often due to insufficient convection.
Solution
- Let the stove cool down
- Disconnect the power supply
- Check that all convection and air vents are clear
Depending on the model: check the convection blower ( Settings menu → Multiair Fan, set speed and power to AUTO), then unlock and press the safety thermostat button on the back of the stove.
