Empty pellet hopper - E0001.02

The E0001.02 error code appears on Rika pellet stoves when there are not enough pellets left in the hopper.

Solution

1. Fill the hopper with high-quality pellets (ENplus A1)
2. Acknowledge the error message

The next ignition may take longer: the feed screw must first refill.
