Are the LEDs on the control panel behind the stove lit?

  1. Are the batteries in the remote control still charged? Try replacing them to test
  2. You can try to connect the remote control to the stove, following the procedure below:

In this case, there is no electricity coming into the stove.

    1. Is there electricity in the wall outlet to which the stove is connected?
    2. Is theon/off switch located above the cable inlet in the unit set to ON (I)?
    3. Is the power cord securely plugged into the outlet and into the connector behind the stove?
    4. Is the protective fuse in the electrical connector behind the stove still working?
