The alarm AL 08 - NO DEPRESS appears on the KLOVER pellet stoves if the draught in the flue is insufficient or if the pellet reservoir door has been left open.
Resolution
- Check that the pellet hatch is closed properly (a data-toggle=tooltip data-placement=top data-html=true>contact sensor is present) and that the gasket is in good condition and properly seated.
- Check that the 2 round magnets that hold the pellet tank door are in good condition and that nothing is caught on them (which could block the door from closing properly).
- Check that the ash pan door is properly closed and locked.
- Check that the air intake at the back of the stove is not obstructed.
- Hold down the data-toggle=tooltip data-placement=top data-html=true>ignition button on the remote control until the text Final cleaning appears.
- Wait about 10 minutes until the stove has finished its cleaning cycle
- Clean the unit: empty the ashes, clean the brazier and vacuum
- As soon as Off appears on the remote control, you can restart the stove
If the above solution does not work:
The pressure switch does not detect the correct pressure when operating the heater, this may indicate that a fireplace element has opened/not closed completely or it may also indicate that the flue pipe is clogged. Have your local chimney sweep check or clean your flue.
