Replace the KLOVER refractory plates

The refractory plates are wearing parts on your KLOVER pellet stove. They must be replaced after a few years of use.

How to replace them

1. Open the firebox door
2. Lift the metal plate from the top and remove it
3. Remove the cast iron firebox
4. Remove the old refractory plates and dispose of them in the trash
5. Take the new refractory plates and place them inside the fireplace in the order shown. Be careful in this process, the refractory plates are very fragile. They break easily. Do not rush and take your time!
6. Place the brazier in the firebox
7. Finally, place the metal plate on top of the plates. There are notches to fit it in. This prevents the refractory plates from falling off.

For the flat models, the procedure is almost the same
