Alarm AL 12

The alarm AL 12 - NETT. EN PANN appears on KLOVER pellet stoves when the self-cleaning crucible does not work: either when the stove is switched on or off.

Resolution

1. Check that the firebox door is properly closed (a contact sensor is present). Check that it is correctly positioned
2. Check that the crucible is clean
3. Hold down theignition button on the remote control until the text "Final cleaning" appears
4. Wait about 10 minutes until the stove has finished its cleaning cycle
5. Clean the unit: empty the ashes, clean the brazier and vacuum
6. As soon as "Off" appears on the remote control, you can restart the stove
