A13 Alarm

The A13 alarm appears on MCZ pellet stoves when the electronic board is overheated.

Resolution

1. Switch off the unit (mains supply) and wait 30 minutes for it to cool down
2. Check that no foreign objects are blocking the heat dissipation of the unit
3. Remove the alarm on the control panel by turning theON-Remote-OFF button on your device to "OFF" for about 10 seconds
4. Wait until the screen displays "OFF", then turn the switch back to "Remote".
5. Clean the unit: empty the ashes, clean the brazier and vacuum
6. As soon as "OFF" is displayed on the remote control, you can restart the stove

If you have checked the above points and it still does not work, a technician is required.
