A02 Alarm

The A02 alarm appears on MCZ pellet stoves when there are no more pellets in the tank. This alarm is triggered when the temperature of the smoke does not reach a certain temperature due to a lack of fuel to feed the fire.

Resolution

1. Fill the tank with pellets
2. Check the quality of the fuel (not too wet)
3. Cancel the alarm on the control panel by turning theON-Remote-OFF button on your unit to "OFF" for about 10 seconds
4. Wait until the screen displays "OFF", then put the selector back on "Remote".
5. Clean the unit: empty the ashes, clean the brazier and vacuum
6. As soon as "OFF" is displayed on the remote control, you can restart the stove
