Limiter / Overheated stove - E00020000.10 / E00020000.08

The E00020000.10 / E00020000.08 alarm appears on Rika pellet stoves when there is excessive heat build-up inside the unit due to insufficient convection.

Resolution

1. Allow the stove to cool down
2. Disconnect the power supply
3. Check that all convection and air openings are clear

Depending on the model:

1. Check the operation of the convection blower in control mode
2. In the menu, SETTINGS -> MULTIAIR VENT. In the menu, SETTINGS -> MULTIAIR FAN, set the degree and power of the fan to AUTO
3. Unlock/press the safety thermostat button on the back of the stove
