Horizontal motor communication fault - E0800.10

The E0800.10 alarm appears on Rika pellet stoves when communication between the horizontal motor and the motherboard is interrupted.

Resolution

1. Allow the stove to cool down and unplug the power supply
2. Disconnect power for at least 10 seconds
3. Restore the power supply
4. If the error occurs again, a technician must be called in
