The Tulikivi cast iron grill allows you to distribute the heat evenly over a baking dish placed in your stove for cooking. By placing it under a casserole dish, the heat will be distributed over the entire soapstone surface of the dish. You also have the possibility to grill meat/fish directly on the cooking grid.
